No soy purista. Prefiero que un sitio se vea como yo quiero en todos los navegadores antes que ver un tick verde en el validador.
Pero ciertamente, tiene sus beneficios.
De a cuenta gotas (no ando con mucho tiempo), terminé el portfolio. Estoy bastante contenta con el resultado, el sitio se ve profesional pero mantiene mi personalidad. Sé que las flechitas y la typo handwritten están gastadas últimamente, pero los fondos en degradé y los reflejos con typografias grandes no son lo mio.
Asi que si, me gustó mucho como quedó. Y como me tomé el trabajo de hacer que valide (no puedo ofrecer un servicio y no demostrarlo en el portfolio), en su mayoría al menos, porque la CSS tiene un error que es del cform, pensé que tal vez podría ingresarlo en las galerías CSS que andan dando vueltas.
Anoche antes de ir a dormir spameé cuanta galería encontré (sidenote: quién hubiera pensando que eran tantas, yo solo visito CSS Manía) y esta mañana descubro que había sido aceptado en varias de ellas, incluso CSS Manía.
Entonces si. Hacer las cosas “bien” (lease, como ellos quieren) tiene sus recompensas.
PS: Espero que el hosting se banque el aluvión de visitas que significa estar en la portada de CSS Mania.

Felicia day was asked her favorite scene, but she had her hands under the table and said “I’m twittering.” Eyebrows raising all around the table as realized what that sounded like, quickly putting her hands on the table. That joke did not get old throughout the panel.
There will be another part of Dr. Horrible! No other details were given, but it will be continuing.
Juntó 64 superheroes, los sorteó (supongo) en 4 zonas, y los enfrentó de a dos en una batalla en la cual ganaría el que más votos obtuviera. Así, pasamos a octavos de final, a cuartos, a semi y a la final entre solamente dos de ellos, para ver quién se erigiría el mejor superheroe.
Si, que parte de “torneo” no se entendió?
Lo que definitivamente no se entendió era en base a qué la gente tenía que votar. Quién ganaría en una pelea mano a mano? El mejor personaje? El que más nos gusta? Del que somos más fanáticos? El mejor vestido? QUE VOTAMOS?!
No importa mucho. Todo se resume al fanatismo. Nadie votaría objetivamente quién ganaría en una batalla entre Hulk y Aquaman porque difícilmente pueda probarse. Y aún así, es probable que el fanatismo gane y uno termine votando lo que su corazoncito geek le dice.
El asunto es, que en esos 64 iniciales personajes se encontraba Buffy. Y vaya viaje que tuvo.
Es tan minimalista que es practicamente aburrido. Pero la idea era dejarlo bien básico como para poder armar uno nuevo a partir de ese cuando tenga tiempo y ganas.
La pregunta es, vale la pena liberarlo como theme?
